Welcome to the home of the ARIZONA HEAWAVE! Grab a beer we're glad you're here! We are a dance team based out of Phoenix, AZ and currently comprised of 12 dancers. We are a volunteer organization and we depend solely on the dedication and the abilities of our members to operate in a business and professional manner. We dance to different types of music but we can tear the house down with our country linedance routines. The team was created in the summer of 2008 and operates under the management of Ferdy Quezada and the choreography of many of the team dancers. We are an independent dance troupe, all of the team members are also part of the AGRA (Arizona Gay Rodeo Association) We are the International Gay Rodeo Association Team Dance Champions for 2009 and 2010. We perform at various events throughout our city and in neighboring cities as the Arizona Heatwave Dance Team. As IGRA champions we will also represent both AGRA and IGRA at rodeos along the IGRA circuit and other sanctioned AGRA and IGRA events.
